Information used by the platform

Registration collects contact and account details such as your name, email, phone, password, country, region and city. Owner, buyer and business profiles may include preferences, service areas and professional information. We also process listings, photos, inquiries and replies, property requirements and saved properties that you provide.

Agent and agency onboarding also collects self-declared experience, operating address, tax and DNFBP declarations, private business-registration evidence images and, for agencies, ownership/authority information. Authorized administrators review these details and record verification decisions. Agreement records retain the exact accepted text, version, signer name and timestamp. Government identity documents (CNIC, NICOP, passport or similar) are not collected. Do not upload them; redact personal identity numbers from business evidence. Private business-registration documents and tax/ownership details are not published in business profiles. Contact checks are performed manually; registration does not automatically verify email or phone.

What other people can see

Published listings and approved public business profiles are visible to visitors and may appear in search engines. Listing phone numbers, business contact details, photos and descriptions can be public. Exact property addresses are displayed according to the listing’s address setting. Do not include confidential documents or someone else’s personal information in public content.

Buyer requirements are available to the posting account, authorized platform administrators and eligible business accounts through the requirements area; they are not public search pages. Inquiry conversations are available to the buyer and the receiving listing account, including authorized business team members. Saved properties are private to the personal account.

Why information is processed

Information supports account review and sign-in, publishing listings and profiles, matching search criteria, handling inquiries, saving properties, preventing abuse and maintaining the service. Password-reset messages are sent when the email service is enabled and you request a reset.

Cookies and preferences

Essential cookies support sign-in and security. Selecting Remember me allows a remembered sign-in for up to 90 days, subject to expiry, sign-out and security checks. Your selected country is stored in your browser. The current site does not include advertising trackers or an analytics script.

Hosting and external services

The platform uses Google Cloud for hosting, database and media storage. Google Fonts requests can send your IP address and browser information to Google. Calling, emailing or opening WhatsApp uses the relevant external service and its privacy practices. Hosting and service providers may process data outside your country.

Retention, security and your choices

Passwords are stored as hashes, rather than readable passwords. Access controls limit private account information. No system can promise absolute security. Records may need to be retained for operating the service, security, disputes or legal obligations; specific retention periods and the request process will be finalized before this notice is adopted.

You can edit supported profile and listing fields, remove saved properties and sign out of remembered sessions. Requests for access, correction or deletion, and any rights required by applicable law, will be handled through the contact channel once it is confirmed below.

This property marketplace is intended for adults. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 18.
