About BigHomeMarket
BigHomeMarket provides a marketplace for property listings, business profiles, property searches and inquiries. Owners, buyers, agents and agencies are responsible for their own dealings. A listing or account approval does not verify ownership, professional licensing, legal title, property condition or a successful transaction.
Accounts and eligibility
Users must be at least 18 and authorized to act for any person or business they represent. Provide accurate registration details, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Accounts requiring review cannot sign in until approved.
Listings, photos and requirements
Only advertise a property you own or are authorized to market. Keep prices, availability, location, measurements and descriptions accurate and current. Upload only content you have permission to use. Remove or update unavailable listings. Do not post misleading claims, unlawful discriminatory restrictions, stolen photos, spam or private information without authorization.
You retain ownership of your content. A finalized agreement should grant the platform only the permission needed to store, resize and display submitted content while providing and promoting the requested listing service. Any broader promotional permission would require separate wording and agreement.
Inquiries and safe transactions
Use inquiries for genuine property discussions. Do not harass users, send unsolicited bulk promotions or attempt to obtain passwords or financial credentials. Independently verify the property, seller’s authority, agent credentials, documents, measurements and payment instructions before making commitments. Platform messaging is not escrow or a guarantee of payment or property transfer.
Featured placements and charges
Featured placements may be selected by the platform. Paid placements should be identified as sponsored. Placement is not an endorsement or a guarantee of inquiries or sales. Any paid service must show its price, duration and applicable cancellation or refund conditions before purchase; these draft terms do not introduce a fee.
Moderation and availability
Listings and accounts may be reviewed, restricted or removed for inaccurate information, abuse, security concerns or violations of applicable rules. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems. Where practicable, affected users should receive an explanation and a way to raise a concern.
Responsibility and applicable rights
Users remain responsible for their content and transactions. The platform does not promise that every listing is complete or accurate. Nothing in the finalized terms should exclude rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing-law, dispute and liability provisions remain to be finalized after the operator’s identity and operating arrangements are confirmed.
Privacy and changes
Read the privacy notice for details about account information and public content. Material changes to finalized terms should be communicated with an updated effective date and any consent required by applicable law.
